Subscription Policy

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at your selected delivery frequency. Your payment method will be charged at the time of each renewal unless modified or cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Promotional Offers & Minimum Term

Subscriptions purchased with promotional offers, discounts, or special pricing may require a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles. Early cancellation before fulfilling this minimum term may result in forfeiture of promotional pricing or benefits.

Cancellations & Pauses

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing the subscription portal at smashithoney.com.

To avoid being charged for your next order, changes must be made before your scheduled billing date.

Loyalty Program Terms

Loyalty tiers and rewards are based on active subscription status.

If a subscription is cancelled or paused for more than two (2) consecutive months, any earned loyalty tier status and associated benefits may be reset.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

All subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. Please ensure any changes or cancellations are made prior to your billing date.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Each recurring charge is authorized by you at the time of subscription enrollment and renewal
  • It is your responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid subscription charge without first contacting our support team may be considered a violation of these terms

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We reserve the right to provide your subscription agreement, order history, IP address, and account activity as evidence to the payment processor
  • Your account may be restricted or permanently suspended
  • Any active subscriptions and associated benefits may be cancelled
  • Future purchases may be declined
