Shipping Protection is an optional add-on service offered at checkout. It provides protection against packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or confirmed stolen.

Shipping Protection is not insurance and is not a guarantee of delivery. It is a service that provides reshipment under qualifying circumstances.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

What Is Covered

Shipping Protection covers:

• Packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier

• Packages marked delivered but reasonably determined to be stolen

• Packages damaged during shipping that render the product unusable

Coverage applies only to the original order and shipping address provided at checkout.

What Is Provided Under Coverage

If a claim is approved:

• We will reship the same product originally ordered at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Protection provides reshipment only.

It does not provide monetary reimbursement, credits, or refunds.
